I tried to order a watch from Dexclusive, they canceled the order the next business day and did not notify me. I called for order status and they said the order was canceled by the customer. Well, I was the customer and I would not have been calling for status if I had canceled it . The they said they sent me an email notification, but I did not get any email from them. So they sent me a cancellation while I was on the phone. It was not a forwarded email containing a cancellation notice from earlier in the week. So that was 2 lies, the only thing good I can say is they did not charge my credit card. Overall, they seem to conduct business in a questionable way, I would avoid them.
