I ordered a cake topper design and paid $14.99 for it. I submitted the picture I wanted on it and the information they required. They state you will receive a proof within 24 hours. I never received anything and tried to email but it would bounce back. I had to do some more investigating and finally found they also had a store on Ebay. I emailed her through Ebay and she told me to send her my information and she would look for my order. I never heard from her again after repeated emails. I was charged $14.99 on March 31, 2011 and it is now May and I have not received a refund like I finally asked for nor have I heard from her again. It looks like she is getting similar complaints on Ebay lately. I don't know if something has happened in her business or family but the least she can do is stop taking orders and money!
