I received the horizon card in the mail today. It was then that I realized it was used for online shopping at their website. Nowhere does it say that when you are purchasing the card. It is very deceitful not to put all the facts up front so people will know what they are actually purchasing. I am very dissatisfied with the service.

Also I went online to see what kind of products they had for sell. It was a bunch of cheap junk.
