We sent a packet # 79325530546 from DHL Express (USA) Inc., on 7/08/08 . This packet was never delivered to customer. We inquired with DHL Officials regarding this and they told they lost the package. Due to this we lost our customer and we lost our business.

Keep in mind, DHL today is not the DHL that once prided itself on its great service. In 2003 DHL bought Airborne Express, known throughout the industry as the worst express delivery company. After the acquisition, the DHL couriers and customer service folks were let go and the Airborne employees were kept on. DHL is basically Airborne with a new paint job.
