Pruchased a defective Raliegh Decatour 6.5, decieved and not refunded full amount paid for the same merchandise. When I called ton get refund, owner Dick, was verbally abusive and so were his employees!!! THis Is bad business and Horrible that he woulld sell defective merchandise and NOT GIVE A FULL REFUND!
