On 10/30/08 I purchased a brand new Die Hard Battery for my car. Sku #72111277271. After putting it into my car, the car still did not start. I had to have my car towed and have a mechanic check it out. The mechanic checked the battery and said the date on it was a 2007. The mechanic also said that the battery was dead and needed a charge. I have purchased many batteries from K-Mart/Sears before and this is the FIRST time I was sold a dead battery. Besides the cost of the battery which was $97.30 I have also been billed for a $75 towing charge. Also this created a loss of work on my day. I would like you to check into this and would appreciate hearing back from you asap.
