Went on line and ordered their "Free Trial". It said I was only responsible for the shipping. I did receive the product and paid the $4.56 shipping charge. I cancelled the product within the first two days of trying the product - DID NOTHING FOR ME! I called the company and cancelled but the following month I saw another charge of $9.76 that I have NO CLUE what this charge is for. I called the 800 numbers and one is disconnected and the other is always busy. I called my Credit Card company and they are no help "BANK OF AMERICA CREDIT CARD". NEVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD OUT ON FREE TRIALS - TOTAL SCAM. And to get virtually no BLOCK from my BANK OF AMERICA is upsetting as well. I've been with them for 10 years - I am going to close this account!
