This is being charged to my credit card multiple times in a month when I didn't order it.

I ordered an herbal supplement off a website I found through GOOGLE. The website seemed legitimate and I found no hidden disclosures. The product was free, just pay for shipping of $5.95, so I ordered it. I received the product and it required a signature with USPS. But it came with no instructions or a valid return address (just said Hong Kong). The charge for shipping appeared on my credit card from the following company.

BRIGHTDISCOUNTS 401-305-2332 for $5.95

The next thing you know for the next few months, I received multiple charges to my credit card account from the following companies.

DIETPUREBURN 5055160072 for $79.95 and for $85.90
PERFECTHEALTHSUP 3033253521 for $81.92
JRV-SUPPLEMENTS 5742074398 for $3.98

I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges, had to file multiple fraud claim reports, and was issued a new credit card number. If you attempt to call any of the numbers for these companies, all you get is a recording saying all representatives are busy and please leave a message.

i was charged 71.35 on 9/22/09 for something i never received or ordered i wish for my money to be put back on my card asap and or i will report this to further authority's please email me at [email protected] or calll me thank you

I ordered on line at the 1st of September and received about 7 days later the product from Hong Kong without any instructions what so ever. I did contact the company based on the information's I had available to me 7 days thereafter to inquire about automatic charges etc. Did however not receive any reply to my inquire. A few days after that they email me with the information that have charged my account. This time I received a Tel. no. number and I called only to find out that I am to be getting the run a round. They charged me with 79.95 and I have not authorized that nor was I aware of that charge to be coming if not canceling. I actually made them aware of needing assistance prior to the charge - without any luck of reply.
