DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I ordered a brand new Olympus Stylus 410 digital camera online.
First, a salesman (from RSL Wholesalers Inc.) called me and tried to convince me to buy some expensive accessories. I refused.
The same saleman told me that there was a $29.00 shipping fee, even if the website was mentioning no shipping costs.
Iplaced the order anyway (I'm an unexperienced buyer :o/ ) and I didn't receive any confirmation by e-mail.
I received the camera in time, but it was a REFURBISHED camera. No warranty was included.
I called the customer service and they told me I was wrong, the camera was new and I didn't need any warranty. Actually, they told me that Olympus doesn't include warranty cards in the packaging (are they kidding me?).
I called them a couple of more times to cancel my order and return the crappy camera, but they didn't answered the phone. Then I changed the phone, and they answered immediately (what a coincidence!).
Now I have shipped the camera back and I hope I will have my money back.
This was my first BAD EXPERIENCE with online shopping. I will remember it.
