I ordered Time Warner service with cable for $39.95 and internet for $29.95 per month. After receiving the first bill, I found my monthly payment would be $96.74 because there are various extra charges that I would in no way be aware from their website when I placed the order. I was not told about those charges when I called to schedule the installation, either. Today I spent more than 50 minutes calling Time Warner. I was transferred back and forward from "custom service" to "retail" many times before I could speak to a supervisor. The supervisor said that was just the way it is and he could not do anything because he didn't have the record of my order!!! He asked me to go to the custom support in person. I regret very much that I chose Time Warner in the first place.
