I recently went into your Hannibal, Mo Store to ask about the analog to HD converter boxes and was met by some of the rudest personel I have ever met. I explained to them that my Digital Stream converters went into standby mode and had no reason why. They could have cared less! They stated that they had some at some outrageous amount and I explained that if they were unable to continue to operate more than 6 or 7 months, and that they were rated as the worse converters on the market that I personally did not feel like throwing any more money away!By the way these converter boxes that I have came from this store - But Do NOT EXPECT MYSELF TO PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM THE RADIO SHACK CHAIN !!! NOR MAKE A REFERRAL TO ANYONE ELSE!!! This is not what business is about nor should any consumer have to deal with ridiculous companies as this!!!
