unauthorized charges

I did not authorize charges or order any product from Digital vmail...though they say that I ordered their service online...thay said they emailed me back to disapprove of the charges, yet I never received their email...I never ordred anything from them! This is fraud and deceit..their phone # is 1-877-768-3666 or 1-888-295-3724these #'s were provided to me by Verizon today...

did authorize services

I tried to call digital vmail from the phone listing in my telephone provider, AT&T regarding charges that I did not authorize ( for voice mail).
I tried to call the number but the recording says that all lines are busy and that I should call again. I tried numerous times and different days and times but get the same recording.
I have not idea of where the company is located and don't have a secondary number or direct number to call for inquiring about my charges. In the meantime, I as still paying for the charges on my telphone bill.
