I was excited to go to the mystery dinner theatre at Bistro Romano...I saved up money to go! And then, I realized that I was charged my for ticket and the tickets of four others as well. I had to call to bring up the mishap to the restaurant, I had to followup every time. The owner has never called to discuss with me, but rather has had his manager and other staff speak with me. I have received poor service...and STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE MONEY BACK. I have reported the restaurant to the BBB of Metro DC/Philly, and am thinking of going to court. They will not cooperate or refund me in a timely manner. I cannot believe the service I am receiving.
