They are the worst provider I've ever encountered. Forced to use them in the apartments we temporarily live in. Internet goes down at least once a day - sometimes for minutes, sometimes for hours. It's become so expected and normal it's not worth the time to pick up the phone anymore. The entire complex is out currently, and has been for going on five days now. "Customer Service" is a joke as they can't do anything but confirm it is down. By far the absolute worst experience with a service of any type I have ever endured.
TIP: When looking into renting, ask who the internet provider is. If having internet is a make or break on the place and they mention DirecPath, move on....
