We went to the introduction meeting and for some reason our scam sensors did not react. We were in the process of renovating a house and it seemed like a good idea at the time. $4, 990 later and several weekend trying to find products and the tremendous savings promissed, we decided to cancel. Savings were not there, delivery was 6 to 8 weeks and if you do not have a truck, you have to pay delivery to your home or business. We inquired about a truck to see if it worked there. They never answered. At 20 days we called and sent a letter. Sounded as if they would be straight up and take care of the problem. Wrong. More than 3 days so the credit card company would not help. Manager met with us. He offered to get the pricing for the truck, but at this point I was laid off and did not need a truck. He was able to get slightly better pricing on some of the appliances, but he is not always accessible or willing to do this. Corporate says it is up to the manager/owner. The Owner says it is up to corporate. He requested a letter with all comparisons we did. Some were solid, but many were gut feel and only similar products. After 2 weeks no response and no answers to phone calls. Stay a way. It is not worth it. The concept sounds good, but it is good ole fashion hard sell tactics.
