This company is a joke do not use them. I first went with direct lgv because they do finance, We agreed that i would pay fortnightly and paid the first installment, on the second installment they rang to ask when i could pay the full amount as they have tried to take this from my account and was unsuccessful. I explained to them its finance they said that it was there fault and was sorry i then paid the second and third installments. i received my receipts but haven't signed or returned any of the paper work they sent with the receipts. I then lost my job on the 4th December 2010 which i got straight in contact with them explaining my situation, which i was told to put in writing, which i did. I then received a letter 3 week later telling me they are making an decision on a refund, which i have been ringing and ringing with no answer to see whats happening about my claim. i final got through this morning to customer service, what a arrogant woman customer service the way she spoke to me was a joke. If i haven't signed anything how can they hold my money. please stay away from this company there fast enough to take you money but don't contact you when you ask for a refund.
