This is a low cost con artist game. I almost died when I required hospitalization care and, despite whast I was first told, no coverage at all is provided. Read that again, ZERO. CoPay is poor and you have no satisfaction of coverage. AVOID THIS SCAM. They rip you off for low cost payments but pay for nothing at all. YOUR HEALTH IS AT RISK IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE COVERAGE HERE. YOU DO NOT.

I changed policies and have just returned home from cogenitive heart failure, have a stent inserted and no kidney damage. I would have died with this coverage.
