Last year, I decided not to renew my direct selling membership but my upline suddenly renew my membership without my permission. After the renewal, he sms me and ask me to pay for the membership fee of Rm38. I replied "I did not ask you to renew the membership for me so I am not paying". After that, there is no new until now.

However, even I feel very unsecured so I call the direct selling company. I ask who permitted my renewal. The person in charge says my renewal application has been signed and completed. I say I did not complete the application.

At last, I found out that it is the upline who sign and complete the application and pass up with the membership fee.

My advice, direct selling companies should watch and monitor what are their agents doing. It is not good to duplicate or sign on behalf of customer without permission.
