I cancelled my Direct TV service. Was told by rep I spoke to that final bill will be mailed. Imagine my surprise to learn that these crooks dipped in to my checking account & helped themself to $452.60! I understood there would be an early termination fee but was told I would be billed & that a final invoice would be generated & mailed. Safe to assume that once I got this bill, I would pay it by sending them a check. Wrong!!! When I called for resolution of the situation, I was told "there is nothing I can do". I plan on going to my bank in the morning to file a complaint. I may not get my money back but I am sure as hell going to try to. Notice to anyone thinking about getting Direct TV - Don't!!! These people are crooks!
