on 11/06/08 i called for help to get setup on my tv. the customer rep. was completly uninformed on her job. i asked for a technician, because she did not know what she was doing. i asked for a tech, to get in touch with a tech. she stating: i will have management give you a call in two hours. i awaited 3 hours, no call. i called back and got another customer rep. i told her my problem. she stated management would call me in 1.5 hours after 3 hours no call from management. why do i need management? heretofore for the past ten years i asked for a tech and my problem was resolved. this is not the ole direct i used to know. i would like some service from someone who knows what they are doing... thank you chuck acct # 20232381.
