Skylink is the installer in my area for Direct TV. They provided me with the worst possible consumer experience I've ever had. It tops the list for horrible service. They were scheduled to install the service on a Wednesday, but did not call or show. I called several times (since I took time off to be there), and only received a voicemail. I did not get a call back. I kept calling and was able to schedule a second install date. They did not show or call to install AGAIN. I would avoid them at all costs and let Direct TV know how terrible they perform.
