Let me just that directtv is a very misleading company. i also tried to bundly my tv/home service w/ at&t was never told that these are billed seperately. Also with at&t there are a lot of hidden fees that you dont know about until the bill comes so in the end there are taxes, fees, etc so no way is the advertised bundle price what you pay a month. also with directtv when i got the service i was never told i had to have a telephone cord plugged in from my directtv box to my phone jax in the wall to order a movie. when i found this out because i was never supplied with an extra phone cord i call direct. person i talked said once i plugg this in it will tie up my phone line (WHAT??) so if i did not want my phone line tied up i could order the movie online for free. if i call direct and order it they will charge you. now that my 2 yr contract has ended i called direct to get my end date and was told the phone line would not tie up my phone but an extra phone cord was suppose to have been supplied to me. some advice "DONT DO IT"
