Good service

This was my first time dealing with Directron.com. In fact, it was the first time I even knew of their existance. Musta been my lucky day! This was the quickest that I have ever recieved an online order. I placed the order and it was sitting in my den in two days. And it came USP Ground Residential! The product was in great shape due to the professional packing. Thes folks did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend them for your online shopping. Thanks Guys...

Bad service

Worst experience on-line in a long time. Ordered and was given a tracking number on Wednesday afternoon with an email that stated if you have a tracking number the package has left their warehouse. So not true. My package did not leave until Monday. I emailed customer service on Friday and they stated it would leave their warehouse that afternoon...again not true. I called and was told it wasn't going to leave until Monday. Asked for compensation (shipping credit?)for their errors and was told there was nothing that could be done. Will never shop there again. Would not recommend you shopping there either.
