My dish went out and I had to wait a week for an appt. The appt is form 12 to 4. I get a call at 859 am that they want to come in. When I tell them I have at 12-4 appt they say I had two appts. Well, I am sure this is why I had to wait a week because they cant organize the service calls. In the past when I needed them to come out and canceled an appt with 48 hours of the visit they still sent someone out. When I called and tried to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold for 45 minutes . I called ironwood direct and had to speak to someone in the Phillipines. The supervisor Janine Delgado let me hold for 30 minutes. Direct tv and Ironwood are pathetic excuses for a business. I hate the day I became sentenced to DIrect tv. I had dish network before I bought this HD tv and never had had to have a service call. I would discourage anyone from signing on with this service
