Purchased a jacket off website. I never received the jacket. After calling and calling for months when someone finally answered the phone they informed me they didn't have any to send me. I asked for my money back. They said no problem they will mail me a refund check. Its been 2 months. I have not received a refund nor have I received the product. I have had to file a dispute with Visa.
