Promotional ffer for 2 free receivers with certain package or higher. Opted to only take one receiver at time of install as we just moved into a new home and didnt at the time have a place for a second receiver. They said we could simply call anytime to get that 2nd receiver. In fact, the installer even checked my other rooms to verify we had cable ran to where we eventually wanted our additional TV's/receivers. Now they want to charge us for the 2nd receiver. AND to top it off, they cannot provide me written documentation that states I needed to take the 2nd receiver at time of install. They just simply verbally tell me their policy and proceedure that I supposedly only had a 15 day grace period from day of install to collect the special promotion in full (the 2 free receivers). Was hung up on by one "supervisior" and Stephanie (the 2nd supervisor) was absolutley no help. What pisses me off the most is that they cannot provide me with a document that supports what they're telling me. Horrible customer service!!
