I ordered a Disaster Aid Kit from an E-mail I received thinking that I was only to Pay $1.00 and $3.99 as per what the E-mail said. I was charge:

This Disaster Aid Kit was totally misrepersented. The merchandise that I received was very cheap and was to includ a hand crank radio (which I did not receive). I would like a refund of the $104.95.
