As soon as I clicked submit yesterday and saw my receipt warning bells began sounding in my head. The receipt listed two Chinese characters as the company name and the merchant information was listed as hotdvdzone. I had no way to contact the company. After considering all of the evidence, I realized this morning that I'd better check into this further. I read the multiple postings on this website and decided to call my credit card company, Discover. They were very helpful. Although they can't stop the charge, they did close my account to prevent any other charges and I'm to call back next week to dispute the charge so this fraudulent company will not get any money. IF the shoes arrive I'll return them unopened. Thank you for taking time to post your experiences so that I could quickly take action and prevent further frustration.
