i loaned him $2000.00 secured with 2008 enclosed trailer in his name with me holding title. he had a year to pay off the loan, if he defaults, trailer is to be sold and i get my 2k
back. a year went by and not one payment, i repo the trailer and had it for sale . he came and stole the trailer and filed a duplicate title and sold trailer. he is a crooked contractor
