I have also tried to cancel this account by phone & online! It will not let me. I told the lady on the phone I was not interested, I think this is all a bunch of shit. I better not be charged for anything, I also asked to be put on the DO NOT CALL LIST, they are still calling me. Why??? If something is not resolved soon I WILL go to higher authorities!
