I needed a loan and went to this site. Well after a few days a compnay called startercreditdirect took $99.00 out of my account. I called for several day to try and fix it and no results. I called my chase bank and they told me that I gave discountadvances permission for them to share my info with a 3 rd party which who staetercreditdirect is and I froze my account. I didn't give them in formation to my account number for them just take out money out of my account. which four other companies tried to take out money and did not succeed because I froze my account. which iI didnt know I did. My chase account has not yet put the money back into my account and they told me that I will still have to pay the fees caused by this. I found out on ripoffreport.com that these companies are fraud. I need help to file a complaint against them and find out how to do it.
