I thought I was purchasing the correct module for my dell computer. I paid for it and paid shipping for it. The unit arrived and was incorrect. I sent the unit back at my own expense and ordered and paid for the correct unit which duly arrived. I expected them to process a refund for the unit I returned. Oh no. Read the fine print very carefully. They hang onto your money and make you buy something from them within 90 days- even if you do not need it. There is no way on earth I would buy anything from them again. Be VERY aware. if you buy or get the wrong thing- THERE IS NO REFUND.
