On Thanksgiving Day I bought a North Face Jacket from this website for $99.33. They gave me a confirmation number, but did not tell me how long shipping would be. Today is December 21, and we still have no jacket. The website is down and I can not look up any of my confirmation information. So now I want my money back and will never shop online again.
