On 12/13/2010 i ordered a coach hand bag for my daughter for christmas the bag was $85.00 and my mastercard was charged. it stated it would arrive 7 to 10 bussiness days but i never received the bag i have tried emailing but was unsuccssful at making contact.Well icontact my cardholder and it has been confirmed that my card was charged but still havent received the handbag.
