Never recieved product/ Still Processing my order 10 days after ordered

Bought 3 DVDs for my daughter and still processing my order after 10 days. Money was taken from my account INSTANTLY and when I go on the website to cancel my order, there is nowhere on the site to cancel!!! ARe You kidding me????!!! Mydaughter and I are both extremely disappointed and she keeps asking me when they will be here!!! EXTREMELY ANGRY!!! I think this site needs to be shut down. I didn't notice the spelling of the site until about 10 minutes ago and decided to investigate the site. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE EVER AGAIN and I DEMAND I GET MY $41.91 BACK!!!

never received products

placed an order on 1/22/11, on Disenyclassic.com and it was supposed to take 5-7 days, it has been 3 weeks and i still haven't receive my two dvds, i have emailed them 4 times to find out status of my order and i have not received any response back from them, when i emailed it says that they will emailed my within 48 hours and they havent. i guess i shouldn't have been placing orders with an unknown company.
