Moved from columbia mo to shreveport la in november. I told them 2 weeks in advance that i was moving. So i didnt pay a pay in advance account for one week. So since i lived in shreveport la i have been in communication and returned nonworking equipment . Since this they have disconnected my service. I have not ask for this to be done. I have told them about every 2 weeks i was working on getting it restored. They now have disconnected my service and want me to pay a dicconnect fee before i get it restored. This is another way for them to extort money from people. If i have a pay in advance account meaning i don t have much money and live on a budgeted amount every month.
