From the beginning of me getting the dish turned on i was suppose to receieve a $50 dollar pre-paid visa card, but still have yet to receive it. I have contacted them now a total of 5 times and each time that give me a phone number to call or a website to contact, with no prevail have i yet received the card with their thousands of apologies and their constant remarks of them telling me it's in the mail. So now i am looking for a person to talk to has the authority to get to the bottom of this issue or the number that i can call to make my complaint and for the sitiuaton to be resoveled
