Fellow Indians, Who ever reading this thread, my humble request to all of you not to go for Dish TV DTH service. It is horrible, pathetic and adds misery to life. Customer care is more terrible. They don't bother about your problems and complaints . Complaints will not be attended for days. You can just google " poor DTH service India", you can see DISH TV will top in this. If you want to add trauma in your life then go for it.

They do not have escalation procedure. Myself tried many times, wrote several mails, but never succeded to get their reply. Just a bunch of inept people running that company. Being a private company, they behave pathetic than any govt service. They are Asia's no 1 DTH service ...yes ..they are in providing horrible service.
I am planning to break the dish tv and set up box on road by hired labours and call reporters for the same.
hopefully it will reach those deaf officials and will try to improvise their service.

I have paid 300 rupees for dish maxi package, still they are blocking english movie channels which includes in dish maxi packages. Anyone suggest.
