DTVPAL Conversion box failed. After many tries, got through to tech support who said they would send a replacement out. Was told for a month that the unit was sent. It was a lie. Many promises that a manager would call me. Never received a call. Sent letter to:

No Response. BBB complaint, resulted in a call from Dish Network saying to sent the failed one back to them first and they might send a good one back.

I would never deal with Dish Network again. The whole organization from CEO on down could care less about their customers. Dish Networks mode of operation is to do nothing and lie, rather than to provide a quality product.
