service,room,check in,bags!!!
I first want to start this off by saying I'm a (loyal/was) Disney family vacation traveler. I'm currently staying at the Caribbean Beach resort and had issues from check which was never confirmed with us which put my family and I resorting to squatting in a dirty room until I could find anyone to help us. We arrived at 12pm on property and didn't get a room until after 6pm and that was only because I had to hike to the front office to try to get a honest answer as to why it takes us 5 hours to check into a room..next issue "Our Bags" bags are supposed to delivered to our room which we never had so of course our bags were in limbo storage! I just don't understand why the service is so poor here..Disneyland hands down is the place to go there very attentive and are so giving in every way..this place makes you feel like your just a number which I understand we are but when you spend $3000.00 for rooms park hoppers passes for 4..food and things for the kids it honestly doesn't make you feel valued as a customer. My last and not least complaint my ROOM has a smell of something died in it!!! really bad its so disappointing I'm here for another 3 days and I have to stick it out because I don't want to ruin this experience for my daughters..with closing I'm honestly not a complainer and never had complained about a Disney property but this has gone to far and I needed someone to hear me since Disney WORLD doesn't care.
