I have received a call from an Indian man (Chris White) from here before and when I called him back in the past I asked hi to send me something in writing regarding this legal matter. I told him I was aware of my consumer rights and it is illegal for him to threaten me with such lawsuits. He hung up. Now, I am receiving calls at work from these a-holes. A Rebecca Hudson called and left a message with my boss- not fun. I quickly called the number back and got the same Indian man from before. I asked more than a few times what the call was regarding and he said (after he received my permission to record the call) that it was from US Cash Advance and there was a pending lawsuit against me. I told him I have yet to receive anything in the mail regarding this lawsuit. He gave me the case file number to this "lawsuit" but I followed with, "1: what law firm is this, because I am aware that you cannot sue me unless you are a law office that is in the same state as me. 2: Why have I not received anything in writing regarding this debt 3: Are you aware sir that you are in violation of the FTCPA and cannot threaten me with lawsuits unless they are true? I am aware that you are in violation right now and am about to file a complaint with the FTC. Please do not call my workplace or my cellphone. I will not respond to this account unless I receive something in writing." ... he hung up on me.
