We tried to buy tickets for La Scala through Divento. They indicated on their website that they were actually providing tickets prior to being able to buy them through La Scala. This is not the case. Moreover, they refused to confirm that they would actually have tickets. Their policy states they will not charge your credit card until they have the tickets. They wouldn't answer their phone and wouldn't respond to numerous emails. They finally charged my card about 3-4 weeks prior to the performance date. By then, with nonrefundable air tickets, we'd long purchased tickets through La Scala. To add insult to injury, they charged an extra $100 per ticket over the face value for their "service." They insisted they were owed the money despite it being obvious that they might not have ever had the tickets to sell.
