I have been harrassed by DCS for months now, but today April 17th, 2009 I received a phone call at my place of work. While speaking with the representative, I informed her that I was unable to make a payment and had been speaking with another representative there. DCS representative told me that I should have lots of money because I had not made a payment to them since October. I found this very rude and un called for.
