I have a school loan that they are the collection agency on and it seems that My loan jump $7, 000.00''s higher in the last month...When I wrote to the original holder the Florida Department of Education it seemed it jumped twice as high. I was laid off so I wrote them an email of what I could afford to pay they then sent it to this company about a month ago...Now my loan is seven thousand dollars higher in one month...How can that be possible? I feel like I will never get it paid off! I was laid off this year and I am trying to slowly make amends on all my accounts but; it is a little hard when they make impossible on the American people...Not only this collection Agency is defrauding the people but many more...This one is the worst because they handle the school loans and what they are charging me is more than what I took the original loan out for!
