This is no different than the Ladies Workout Express program that Mr. Roger Wittenberns (CEO of Diversified) scamed many franchise owners on and then sold the business and walked away from his mess. Beware of any dealings with Roger Wittenberns or any companies he is associated with. Do your research and homework. The best place to start that I know of is the history of Lady of America and Ladies Workout Express where there where many class action lawsuits with acting counsel...Mario Herman who suprisingly enough is representing many franchisees in class action suits for Butterfly Fitness.
