I have recently been through divorce mediation, it failed miserably, my wife has way overinflated the value of items, and disposed of others, blatantly hid assets, and her attorney doubled his billing all in an attempt to take me to the cleaners. Is there someone out there that knows of some kind of presedence already set in the judicial system so I can file a motion to award divorce and have her and her attorney thrown out of court for this obvious and blatant attempt at cheating.
