IF you rent from DMJ Properties or Stephanie Hill she will will take every illegal way in the book to get you out the house. I rent from 2504 Cedar Ave Lubbock, Tx. The rent is over priced and so is her mouth. She claims to be a Christian but will use every word but the word of GOD to cuss you out. She will lock you out your home if you are even a day late. she will take your air conditioning if she can not get rid of you. she will harass you daily until you leave. know your rights with this woman because she does abide by the law at all. Stpahanie has her own set of rules. She enters your home without permission when you are at work. She is a legal stalker of her own property. Just make sure you have a lawyer when renting from Stepahanie Hill. She is married to a doctor so she thinks nobody has enough money to sue her.
