I recieved a letter from GE MONEY ASSOATED WITH MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT STATING I REQUESTED A INCREASE. WHICH I DID NOT DO. I have never ask for a increase sense i got the account so please get in touch with me about this matter. Thanks Tom
