Dr Charles Matthews is a psychopath who sexually abuses his female patients, and then intimidates them into keeping quiet, he has been doing this for many years and has hundreds of victims yet still gets away with it. Many of his colleagues are aware of his actions but are too afraid of him to step forward and report his gross misdeeds. He is a disgrace to the medical profession! Why do high ranking government officials who do less than he does get taken to court? Yet he continues to practice as a Dr and no one does anything. If there are any Doctors, Lawyers, and particularly victims of of Doctor Matthews who know of this and are prepared to help put him out of practice, then please speak up!
