I hope to save some one else from this doctor (Mark Zachary)

I had an fracher in my ankle went to see this doctor he charged me a fifty dollar copay they took me in the back and i set for a while seen the doctor he didn't even look at my ankle and prescribed me a brace that i already had and told me to come back in a week needless to say i didn't go back and now he has billed me $259.89 for doing nothing and i refuse to pay this bill this doctor needs to take a look at his medical oath.
